Our Private Shopper service exists for exactly those occasions. You meet your shopper by appointment. They walk the floor for you at the maison of your choosing. You direct, on live video, what they hold. They acquire it on your terms — under your name where appropriate — and ship it home with discretion intact.

You write to us about what you would like to acquire. A pre-session consultation establishes your preferences — sizing, palette, pieces of interest. We pre-schedule the maison appointment in your name.
You join your shopper by video at the agreed hour. They have already arrived at the boutique and met with the sales associate. The hour is yours: hold pieces, request swatches, compare colorways, ask after upcoming drops.
You direct each purchase on camera. Payment is on a method registered to you. Items are receipted at retail value. Gift-wrapping, monogramming, and engraving are routed at point of sale.
Pieces are returned to our Minneapolis suite, photographed for your records, declared at retail value with original receipts, and dispatched by DHL Express. Insurance to full declared value is included.
Private Shopper sessions are by appointment with a dedicated US-based shopper who maintains relationships at the major luxury maisons and the personal-shopping offices at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Neiman Marcus. Sessions are $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum, include pre-session styling consultation, and conclude with bonded-warehouse routing and white-glove customs paperwork.
We do not bypass Hermès waitlists or any maison's allocation system. We can attend appointments on your behalf, present your preferences to a sales associate, secure offered pieces, and ship them home. For non-allocated inventory — most jewelry, watches, leather goods, ready-to-wear, and accessories — we can purchase same-day on your direction.
You fund a working balance held in escrow before the session. At checkout, our shopper uses a payment method registered in your name (or a brand-issued account number you provide) so the purchase appears on your record at the maison. The shopper fee and shipping are billed separately.
Each item is declared at its retail-receipt value under the appropriate HS tariff code. We provide commercial invoices and original receipts. Most destinations clear luxury goods at full retail value with applicable VAT and duty paid on delivery. We do not under-declare or misclassify.
Shoppers are bound by a confidentiality agreement. Names, addresses, purchase histories, and session content are not shared with third parties. Optional shipping under an alias or to a corporate address is available on request.
Yes, with mutual consent. Many clients record sessions for reference — fit notes, item details, vendor recommendations. Recordings are private to your account.
To 60+ countries. Express courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS) is standard for high-value items. Insurance to full declared value is included on the Private Shopper tier.
