Shipping Policy

Selectido arranges shipping from the US to your destination country. You provide a delivery address; your shopper buys the items during the live session; we hand them off to a carrier and bill the cost back to your wallet. Here's how each piece works.

Depending on your destination, urgency, and item size, your shipment goes via one of:

Your shopper picks the carrier that best matches the tradeoff between speed and cost. If you prefer a specific carrier, say so in your booking notes.

These are post-dispatch estimates, not a guarantee. Customs clearance, national holidays, and carrier capacity can add 1–5 days.

Double-check the address you save in your profile. Shipments to mistyped addresses are not automatically refunded (see Refund Policy, section 3).

6. Tracking

Once a shipment leaves the US, you'll receive a carrier tracking number in your order details, by email, and as an in-app notification. Most carriers update tracking every time the package is scanned — typically once per day.
