What if you can't actually beat the quote?
It's rare but it happens — usually when a competitor is running a loss-leader promo. In that case we'll match the exact rate and add a $10 Selectido credit for your next shipment.
Do I need a paid Selectido account first?
No. Send the quote first, lock the rate, then sign up. The free Selectido tier already includes 60-day storage and free repackaging.
What's excluded?
Hazmat, lithium-ion-only shipments, firearms, and quotes older than 14 days. Everything else is fair game.
Can I price match every shipment?
Yes, as often as you want. Frequent shippers tell us Selectido is usually the cheapest by default — but if a competitor undercuts us, just send the quote.
