How is the US shipping address free?

How does the Suite ID work?
We issue you a unique Suite ID like SE-3YF8 the moment you sign up. Combine it with our Minneapolis hub address and use that as your shipping address at any US retailer's checkout. The Suite ID routes every inbound package to your personal cubby at our hub.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes — accurate customs declarations with correct HS codes and itemized invoices for every outbound shipment. No under-valuing (that's how packages get seized). Customs duties and import VAT at your destination are paid by you on receipt and vary by country. Shipments over $500 in declared value or 10+ items carry a $25 complex declaration fee.
What if my package arrives damaged at your hub?
We hand-check and photograph every inbound package. If something's damaged, the photos land in your Orders tab and we email you with options — file a claim with the US retailer, refuse the package, or proceed with shipping after acknowledging the condition. We never ship visibly damaged packages without your explicit go-ahead.
Do you charge for storage?
First 60 days at our Minneapolis hub are free — enough time to consolidate Black Friday hauls, multi-store orders, or pre-orders into a single international shipment. After 60 days a nominal storage fee may apply, and we always email before any charge.
How do I cancel or close my Selectido suite?
There's nothing to cancel — there's no subscription. Stop forwarding packages and you're never billed. If you want your suite closed, email SelectidoShopping@gmail.com and we delete the account within 7 days.
