The 6 stores customers ask about most.
Each US retailer has its own quirks for international buyers — what they ship, what they don't, what's US-exclusive, and what to order most. Here's the breakdown.
Why people use Selectido for Apple orders
Apple sells different SKUs in different countries. Buying from Apple Store US gets you physical-SIM iPhones (most non-US iPhones now ship eSIM-only), US-silicon MacBook Air variants, and US-only colors and accessories. Apple US won't ship internationally, but they ship free to our Minneapolis suite — and we forward it to your country with full original packaging intact.
For cellular Apple Watches and AT&T-locked iPhones, our live shoppers can walk into a US Apple Store on video and complete the purchase with US ID. Most international shoppers stick to forwarding for accessories, MacBooks, and unlocked iPhones.
- iPhone 17 Pro Max (US physical-SIM variant)
- MacBook Air with US-silicon configuration
- AirPods Pro 3 (cheaper US pricing)
- Apple Watch Ultra 3
- Studio Display + Magic Keyboard
- US-only iPhone case colors
Why people use Selectido for Target orders
Target's value isn't just the price — it's the owned brands: Threshold home goods, Cat & Jack kids' clothing, Good & Gather grocery, Mondo Llama crafts, and the constant rotation of US-exclusive seasonal collections. None of these ship internationally from target.com, but they all ship free domestically to our Minneapolis suite over $35.
Target is also where the Stanley Quencher phenomenon happens — limited drops, exclusive colorways, sometimes 10× resale price abroad. We can grab them retail price at Target and forward to you.
- Stanley Quencher 40oz (limited colors)
- Threshold candles + bedding
- Cat & Jack kids' clothing bundles
- Mondo Llama art supplies for kids
- Good & Gather snacks & sauces
- Seasonal holiday décor (Halloween + Christmas)
Why people use Selectido for Sephora orders
Sephora US carries brands and shade ranges that simply don't exist in Sephora Mexico, Brazil, KSA, or UK — Rare Beauty's full lineup, Drunk Elephant's US-only minis, Saie, Tower 28, Patrick Ta, Fenty Beauty's full shade range, Sephora Collection (their owned brand, US-only). And Beauty Insider sales are 20-30% off the entire site, which doesn't apply internationally.
Sephora US ships free over $50 to our suite. We repack the protective beauty inserts to true dimensions, photograph everything for customs accuracy, and forward via your chosen carrier.
- Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
- Drunk Elephant minis bundles
- Patrick Ta Major Glow trio
- Fenty Beauty full shade range
- Tower 28 SOS daily rescue
- Sephora Collection brushes + minis
Why people use Selectido for Costco orders
Costco US carries Kirkland Signature at member pricing — vitamins, coffee, electronics, household goods that often beat the US-store equivalent and don't ship overseas. Costco's site requires membership and is strict about forwarder addresses, but our live US shoppers can walk in-store on video with a real membership and check out for you.
For online orders that Costco does ship, we receive bulk items at our Minneapolis hub. Bulk items are exactly the repack target — a 12-pack of paper towels in an oversized box becomes our free repack into 2 right-sized boxes, saving 50%+ on the FedEx bill.
- Kirkland Signature vitamins & supplements
- Costco coffee & protein bars
- Kirkland clothing basics
- US-only electronics packages
- Bulk household goods
- Holiday gift baskets
Why people use Selectido for Best Buy orders
Best Buy gets US-exclusive launches on gaming consoles (PS5 limited editions, Xbox bundles, Steam Deck), AR/VR headsets, smart home gear, and a strong open-box program that prices used electronics 20-40% below retail. None of it ships internationally, but all of it ships free domestically to our suite over $35.
For electronics specifically, we offer extra inspection before forwarding — we test that the device powers on and matches the order, photograph the serial number, and confirm it's the correct US-region SKU before international shipping.
- PS5 limited edition consoles
- Steam Deck (US warranty)
- GPU stock that's hard to find
- 4K TVs at US-discount pricing
- Meta Quest accessories
- Open-box gaming hardware
Why people use Selectido for Trader Joe's orders
Trader Joe's has the cult-favorite US grocery experience — Everything But the Bagel seasoning, mandarin orange chicken, Pumpkin Spice everything in fall, seasonal cookies and chocolates. The catch: Trader Joe's has no online store, no shipping, and doesn't accept any forwarder addresses. The only way to buy from them as an international customer is to send someone in.
Our live shoppers walk Trader Joe's on video. You see the shelves, point at what you want, they grab it, we ship it. Most popular: the seasonal Hawaiian shirt aesthetic + cult snacks combined into one international snack haul.
- Everything But the Bagel seasoning
- Mandarin orange chicken (frozen)
- Cookie butter spreads
- Pumpkin spice seasonal items
- Trader Joe's wine (where legal)
- Hawaiian shirt + seasonal merch

The single biggest hidden cost? Box size.
US stores ship in oversized boxes. International carriers bill by dimensional weight (the box's size), so you pay for empty space. We repack every parcel to true dimensions before forwarding, free, on every shipment.
Less box, less bill, more saved.
Typical save: a 22×18×14 box from Best Buy with a console + 2 games, repacked to 13×10×8. FedEx International Economy drops from ~$145 to ~$58.
Top destinations and customs rules.
Each country has its own de minimis threshold — the value below which shipments enter duty-free. Most of our shoppers stay under, which means zero import duty on landing.
Questions, answered
How do I buy from a US store that doesn't ship internationally?
Sign up for a Selectido US suite address at our Minneapolis hub. Use that address as your shipping address at any US store checkout. We receive the package, photograph it, repack to true dimensions for free, and forward to your country via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Aramex. Works for any of 200+ US retailers, including stores that explicitly refuse third-party addresses (we have live shoppers for those).
Which US stores work with Selectido?
Any US retailer that ships domestically — Apple, Target, Sephora, Costco, Best Buy, Trader Joe's, Walmart, Nike, Whole Foods, Amazon, Lululemon, and 190+ more. For stores that reject forwarder addresses (Costco strict accounts, Apple cellular devices, Trader Joe's in-store only), we send live US shoppers to buy on your behalf.
What does it cost to buy from US stores internationally?
Three components: (1) The retailer's product price (US retail). (2) Selectido's $14.99 flat outbound shipping fee, no monthly subscription. (3) International carrier cost (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Aramex — you pick). Free repack on every parcel cuts the carrier cost significantly. A typical $200 order to Latin America lands around $260-290 all-in.
How long does it take to receive a US order internationally?
Two phases: (1) US store to our Minneapolis hub takes 2-5 days depending on the retailer's shipping speed. (2) Hub to your country takes 4-10 days via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, 7-15 days via USPS Priority. Total: usually 1-2 weeks from order to delivery.
