Customs duties and import VAT are paid by you on receipt — every country sets its own thresholds and rates. We declare every shipment honestly and use the correct HS codes so packages clear without surprises.

Is there a subscription?
No. No subscription, membership, monthly fee, or minimum spend. You pay $14.99 per forwarded package and $75/hr for live shopping — that is it. Your free US address stays free whether you ship one package or twenty.
Do you mark up prices?
No. Items ring up at the US register price — sale prices, coupons, and member prices all apply. You see the same receipt your shopper sees. We make our money on the $14.99 forwarding fee and the $75/hr live shopping rate, not on item markup.
How does the Suite ID work?
When you sign up free, we issue a Suite ID like SE-4821. Use our Minneapolis address as line 1 and "Suite SE-4821" as line 2 at any US checkout. When a package arrives with your Suite ID, we know it is yours, photograph the contents, and notify you in the app.
What if I don't like an item?
On a live shopping call, you approve every item before your shopper pays the register — that is the whole value of the format. For forwarded packages, the retailer's return policy applies between you and the retailer; we can return the item to a US store within the return window if you ask.
How do I get matched with a shopper?
Open the app, pick a store and a time window (same-day or up to two weeks ahead), and a background-checked US shopper accepts. Same-day matches typically land within 30 minutes. If we cannot match you, the booking is refunded automatically — no support ticket needed.
What if my package is delayed or damaged?
Every outbound package ships with full tracking on your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). If a carrier loses or damages a package, we file the claim and refund or replace based on the declared value. Customs delays are out of our hands — but we declare honestly with correct HS codes to minimize friction.
