How do I claim an item during a stream?
Tap the product card when it pops up on screen. First-claim usually wins for limited items. Your card is charged when the stream ends and we confirm the claim. For unlimited items (snacks, mainstream beauty), multiple viewers can claim. We pack and forward to your country in 4–10 days.
What does stream shopping cost?
Watching is free — joining and chatting on a Selectido stream costs nothing. You only pay when you claim. Pricing per item is US retail (whatever the store charges) plus Selectido's $14.99 flat forwarding fee per outbound shipment. No subscription, no markup, no claim fee.
