How this actually works
Costco doesn't let non-members buy in-warehouse — that's the gate. The bypass is allowed by Costco's own rules: every member can bring guests. Our shoppers are active Costco members with their own personal $65 cards. They walk into the warehouse with their membership, video-call you in as a "guest," and shop the aisles with you. They pay at checkout with their member card. You never need one.
Then we ship from our Twin Cities warehouse to wherever you are.
Step 1Book a 45–60 min session. Send us your list ahead of time so the shopper knows what aisles to head to first. Texts and photos of past purchases work.
Step 2Your shopper enters Costco with their membership. Video call connects. You see the aisle. Point at the Kirkland paper towels. Skip the ones that don't fit your bag count. Done.
Step 3Shipped from our warehouse to your door. Bulk packs broken down for shipping if needed (with your sign-off). Customs declared accurately. Tracking on every leg.

- Pharmacy OTC — vitamins, supplements, common over-the-counter
- Tires — Kirkland-brand for select international shipping (motorcycle/bike sizes)
- Optical — Costco optical frames and contacts (with US prescription)
- Gift cards — Costco Shop Cards, third-party gift cards (Amazon, Disney, etc.)
- Costco Shop Cards mailed to you for in-warehouse use later
What we can't get
- Alcohol — state liquor laws restrict cross-state and international
- Most prescriptions — transfer rules vary, third-party pickup often not allowed
- Fresh produce & meat — perishable, won't survive international shipping
- Rotisserie chicken — sorry, we know
- Gasoline — obviously
- Some Costco.com online-only items — site requires member login for full pricing (we walk in-warehouse instead)
- Bulk frozen items — only if you're nearby for fast handoff, not international
- Returns past Costco's policy window — most items have generous returns; some don't
The honest pricing math
If you live within 30 minutes of a Costco and shop monthly, the $65 membership wins easily. If you live abroad, the membership is meaningless — per-session is the only viable option. The break-even is roughly 2 trips per year domestically.
I'm in Dubai. I'd been buying name-brand multivitamins at the pharmacy here for AED 280 a bottle. Kirkland Signature multivitamins at US Costco — $18 for 500 tablets. Is this against Costco's rules?
No. Costco explicitly allows members to bring guests — each member can bring up to 2 guests per visit. Our shoppers are members bringing you in as a video-guest, paying with their own member card, and the items leave with the member. It's the same flow as a member shopping for their out-of-state grandmother. We don't claim to be members ourselves and we don't try to use someone else's membership at checkout.
Costco hasn't pushed back on this model. It's how proxy/personal shopping has worked at Costco for years.

We don't use someone else's membership at checkout. Our shoppers pay with their own personal Costco cards. We don't run scams on Costco — we use Costco's own guest policy.
We don't ship alcohol or prescription drugs that we structurally can't. State and international rules are real. We tell you what's off-limits before you book, not after.
We won't tell you bulk is always cheaper. For single small items, bulk Costco + Selectido + international shipping often doesn't beat regular retail. Kirkland Signature multi-pack savings scale; one-off impulse buys often don't.
We can't reach every US Costco. Our shoppers operate from the Twin Cities. We hit the local Costcos. For a specific location-only item (e.g., regional Kirkland exclusives or a TV that's only at the SoCal Costco), we may need to coordinate with a partner shopper.
The first international Costco run we did was for a couple in Saudi Arabia who'd flown to Minneapolis once a year just to stock up on Kirkland coffee, vitamins, and pasta sauce. Now they don't fly out. It's one of my favorite parts of this business.

What can you get at Costco?
Kirkland Signature paper/detergent/food/supplements/batteries, US baby formula, Costco-exclusive electronics, bulk pantry, pharmacy OTC, optical, gift cards. Most of the warehouse.
What can't you get?
Alcohol (state liquor laws), most prescriptions (transfer rules), fresh produce/meat (perishable), rotisserie chicken (sorry), gasoline. And Costco.com online-only items because the site charges non-members a ~5% surcharge — we usually walk in-warehouse instead.
Is using a member-shopper against Costco's terms?

What about returns?
Our shopper bought as a member, so they can return. We handle US-side returns end-to-end on shopped items — bring it back, get the refund credited to our shopper, credit you. We won't reimburse the international shipping you already paid outbound, but the item refund flows back.
Can you get Costco gift cards for me?
Yes. Costco Shop Cards work for non-members on Costco.com (waives the ~5% non-member surcharge). For international shoppers near a US Costco occasionally, a Shop Card lets you shop in-warehouse without your own membership. Note: Shop Cards are non-refundable.
Is bulk Costco actually worth it once shipping is in?
Depends on the SKU. Kirkland is typically 20–30% cheaper than name brands, so Kirkland + Selectido + ship is often still cheaper than the equivalent name-brand at full retail. Bulk pantry items (rice, oils, supplements, batteries) scale particularly well. Single small items often don't justify the session. We'll do the math openly at booking.
