Can I just order direct from the US retailer?
Most US retailers don't ship internationally, or charge inflated international shipping that exceeds the item value. Selectido's $14.99 forwarding fee + actual carrier cost is almost always cheaper.
Does Selectido charge a markup on the item price?
No. You pay the store's actual price. Selectido charges $14.99 per forwarded package, or $75/hr for live video shopping. We don't take a cut of your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
From hub intake to your country: 3–10 business days depending on destination and carrier choice. Selectido offers multiple carrier options (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) so you can balance speed vs cost.
What about customs and duties?
Selectido prepares free customs paperwork with accurate declared values. Duties and clearance decisions are made by your destination country — we can't guarantee outcomes, but our paperwork is honest and complete.
Do you offer cold-chain or temperature-controlled shipping?
For most products, no — standard ground/air shipping is uncooled. Supplements and shelf-stable items handle this fine. For genuinely temperature-sensitive items, message us before ordering.
