Colombia's DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales) applies a $200 USD de minimis for personal-use imports through courier. Below that, no duty. How much does shipping cost to Colombia?
Forwarding fee $14.99 + DHL Express shipping. A typical 5–10 lb box: $55–90 to most Colombian cities. Heavier mixed boxes typically deliver the best per-snack value.
Will I pay customs duty in Colombia?

How is Selectido different from a Miami casillero?
A Miami casillero requires YOU to order to their address — most US grocery stores and Trader Joe's, Costco, Whole Foods don't ship to forwarders. Selectido has a person physically walk into the store and grab your items. We're the in-person extension casilleros can't provide.

Yes — and it's one of our most-requested Colombian items. TJ's has zero online ordering and doesn't ship anywhere. Our US shopper walks into a TJ's location, grabs the Cookie Butter, and ships to Bogotá or Medellín in 7–10 days.
Do you accept payment in COP (Colombian pesos)?
We bill in USD. Colombian Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards all work — your bank converts COP to USD at the daily rate (typically 1–3% spread). PSE doesn't currently process international USD for us.
Can you ship to a Colombian rural address?
DHL Express delivers to major and mid-sized cities directly. For rural addresses, DHL hands off to Servientrega or 4-72 for final mile — adds 2–4 days. We confirm route at checkout.
Are these snacks fresh when they arrive?
Yes — we ship items with at least 6 months remaining shelf life. We photograph expiry dates before packing. Colombian customs occasionally pulls boxes for inspection (1 in ~25).
