FedEx KSA handles final-mile. DHL Express is an alternative on the same timeline. Smaller cities (Hail, Tabuk, Yanbu) add 1–2 days.

Are American snacks halal-friendly?
Most chocolate and chip-based items (Hershey's, Reese's, M&Ms, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It, Hot Cheetos) are pork-free. Gummies often use pork gelatin — we flag every item with pork-derived ingredients in your order so you can sub or drop them. Default for KSA orders: no pork gelatin, no alcohol-flavored items.
Will I pay customs duty in Saudi Arabia?
ZATCA applies 5% VAT + ~5% duty above the personal-use threshold (~SAR 1,000). Most snack boxes are below the threshold. FedEx clears most snack shipments quickly; we can pre-pay duty via DDP for a smoother experience.
Can you ship caffeine-energy items like PRIME or Bang to Saudi Arabia?
PRIME Hydration's base flavors (no high caffeine) generally ship fine. The PRIME Energy line and energy drinks (Bang, Celsius, C4) face caffeine-limit restrictions per SFDA — we'll flag each item; some flavors ship, others don't.
Do you accept payment in SAR?
We bill in USD. KSA Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards process at your bank's FX rate. We don't currently accept STC Pay, Mada-only debit cards (international transactions need Visa/MC co-branded), or bank transfer.
Can you ship to a Saudi PO Box?
FedEx International Priority requires a physical street address. PO Boxes don't work. Most Saudi residents now have a National Address (Wasel/SPL) — we use that.
Are these snacks fresh when they arrive?
Yes — we ship items with at least 6 months remaining shelf life. We photograph expiry dates before packing. Customs sometimes opens boxes (1 in ~30) — packaging is preserved.
