Can I use Selectido when the seller ships only inside the United States?
Yes. Use your free Selectido U.S. address at checkout. The seller ships to our Minneapolis hub, where the package is matched using your Suite ID.
How much does Selectido cost for an eBay order?
Self-purchased orders use the $14.99 forwarding fee plus international carrier shipping. Duties, taxes and optional services are separate. Assisted Purchase is $7 to $50 for orders up to $1,000; larger orders require review.
Does eBay Money Back Guarantee cover the Selectido shipment?
eBay Money Back Guarantee applies to eligible eBay transactions under eBay’s terms. It does not cover the separate forwarding leg. Eligible shipping protection can be requested for that later shipment.
Can Selectido bid on an auction for me?
We can review eligible auction and Buy It Now requests. Send the listing, maximum price and deadline. Availability and timing must be confirmed, so a last-second bid is not guaranteed.
