What is the shipping deadline to my country?
It depends on your country and the carrier, and the exact 2026 cutoffs are not published yet — carriers release them in autumn. As a safe rule, international express usually needs to leave the US by mid-December, and economy services and far destinations need longer. Reserve a slot below and we will confirm the real cutoff for your country as soon as the carriers announce it.
Will my gift arrive by Christmas morning?
If you order early and choose an express carrier, it usually will — but we do not guarantee a delivery date. Customs delays, weather and peak-season backlogs are outside anyone's control, ours included. The earlier you order, the more slack you have.
Will my gift get charged customs duty?
Possibly. A gift is still an import, and most countries tax it above a de-minimis threshold. Use the calculator on this page to estimate the duty and tax for your country before you buy. Gifts are marked as gifts on the customs form, but we always declare the honest value — under-declaring is illegal and we will not do it.
Can you gift-wrap and add a note?
Yes. Tell us what you would like on the note and we will wrap the item and include it. Ship it to yourself to bring in person, or straight to the recipient.
Can you send gifts to several people at once?
Yes. Give us each recipient's address and what they are getting, and we will send each as its own tracked shipment. Note that the $14.99 forwarding fee applies per shipment.
How early should I order?

Do you charge extra at Christmas?
