The "I should have bought it" syndrome
It's a real category. The most common items we're sent to retrieve after someone has come home from a US vacation:
- Stanley Quencher / Yeti drinkware (specific colors that sell out instantly)
- Trader Joe's items (TJ's doesn't ship and you didn't have room)
- Costco-only items (you didn't have a membership; we do)
- Outlet mall purchases (you ran out of time; we can go back)

- Brand-specific cereals / snacks you tasted at the hotel breakfast
- Pharmacy items (a specific brand of supplement, contact solution, OTC med)

How "I regret not buying it" sessions work
- Tell us what you regret. "There was a candy aisle at the Vegas CVS, I want every flavor of M&M, plus the giant Hershey's bar with almonds, plus the Reese's Big Cup." Specifics help.
- We pick the right store. If it was a hotel breakfast cereal, we go to a Marriott or a Target equivalent. If it was a TJ's haul, we go to Trader Joe's in Minneapolis (same selection as nationwide).
- Live FaceTime so you confirm. Especially useful for color-specific items (Stanley Quencher colors), size-specific items (clothing), or "is this the right one?" moments.
- We ship via DHL/FedEx Express. Most destinations: 3–7 days. Vacation regret cured.
The Stanley Quencher problem (and similar)
Stanley sells out specific colors faster than any other US drinkware brand. The Holiday 2025 color drop sold out in 47 minutes. If you were on vacation when one of these drops happened and missed it, we monitor the inventory on your behalf:
- Real-time inventory alerts. Tell us the SKU and the color. We'll monitor Stanley, Target, and Dick's Sporting Goods and grab one as soon as it restocks.
- In-store hunting. Some colors restock in physical stores but not online. We'll call all Minneapolis-area locations until we find one.
- Same for Stanley Adventure, Yeti Rambler, Hydro Flask LE colors. Same monitoring service.

Two categories where tourists chronically run out of bag space:

How fast is "vacation regret" turnaround?
For most items: 1–3 days from booking to outbound ship. For limited-stock items (Stanley colors, Yeti drops, Trader Joe's seasonal): we add real-time monitoring and grab the moment they restock. Express shipping via DHL/FedEx: 3–7 days to most destinations. Total turnaround from booking to your door: typically 5–10 days for in-stock items, longer for monitored restocks.
