- US package forwarding — get a personal Suite ID at our Minneapolis hub, order from any US store online, we receive, hand-check, photograph, and forward internationally. $14.99 per package, or free if you book a $75+ live shopping session that month.
Book a $75 live session for the things you want to see in person (Costco, Apple retail, Sephora prestige). Forwarding for that entire month is free. Your $75 session automatically covers unlimited $14.99 forwarding fees — math MyUS can't replicate because MyUS doesn't shop. Plus: photos and hand-checks are always included, never extra.

MyUS sits at roughly 3.3/5 on Trustpilot, and the critical reviews are strikingly consistent. A July 2026 reviewer described packages taking four days just to show as received, then over a week to leave the depot after the ship request — with chat agents disconnecting mid-conversation and no phone line to escalate. Others report dimensional-weight charges wildly above the parcel's real size, and final bills multiples of the quoted total, discovered only after shipment.
